Our story
A house we could not leave empty
Mira grew up two streets away, Jonas arrived for a semester and stayed. In 2014 we bought the top floors of a nineteenth-century house that had been rented out room by room, and began to give it back its tall windows and parquet.
Today there are six apartments, each with its own character and none of them copied from a catalogue. We answer every message ourselves, and we are the ones who hand you the key.
The hosts
Meet Mira and Jonas
The two people behind the front door. Ask us anything before you book.
Jonas
Repairs, bikes, the courtyard
Jonas arrived for a semester and stayed. He fixes the double doors, keeps the bikes in the courtyard running and knows which stair creaks.
Favourite spot: the bench in the courtyard
Mira
Keys, check-in, breakfast tips
Mira grew up two streets away and knows every shortcut in the quarter. She meets you at the door, hands over the keys and leaves a list of bakeries on the table.
Favourite spot: the bakery on the corner

How we run the house
Three promises
Small on purpose. Personal, because it is us. Old where old is better.
01
Personal
You deal with Mira or Jonas, never with a call centre. Questions get an answer within a day, usually sooner.
02
Original
We keep the parquet, the double doors and the tiled corners, and add what a stay needs: good beds, quiet kitchens, fast Wi-Fi.
03
Small
Six apartments is the limit. A house this size stays a home, and guests stay neighbours.
