We ask for 30 percent when the booking is confirmed and the rest on arrival. Payment by bank transfer or card.

Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival. After that we keep the deposit, unless we can rebook the dates.

Check-in is from 3 pm to 8 pm and check-out by 11 am. We can arrange later arrivals with a key box, just tell us in advance.

No. Like most houses of this age, ours has stairs only. Linden is on the first floor and the easiest to reach, Parlour is on the fifth. We carry heavy luggage up on request.

Yes, we store luggage in the house from 10 am. Write us the day before and we will tell you where to leave it.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in Linden and Courtyard on request, for a flat fee per stay. Please ask before you book.

The apartments on the street side hear the tram in the morning, the courtyard side is very quiet. Tell us what matters to you and we will suggest the right one.

Twenty minutes on foot or three stops by tram. We send detailed directions with every booking confirmation.

We have no private parking. A public garage is two blocks away, and street parking is paid on weekdays. Most guests arrive by train.
